All products sold on Bag Shopee are 100% brand-new, unused, and sourced from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.

Used or second-hand products
Refurbished items
Counterfeit or fake products
Unauthorized replica branded goods

3. Purchases & Payments

When placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact details.

We accept the following payment methods:

Online Payments – Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment + COD)

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways.

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

To confirm certain COD orders, Bag Shopee may require a partial advance payment.

The advance amount will be clearly displayed during checkout
The remaining balance is payable in cash at the time of delivery
If Bag Shopee cancels an order before dispatch, the advance amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days
Once an order is dispatched, the advance amount becomes non-refundable
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD services

This policy helps us verify genuine orders and reduce misuse of COD services.

5. Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Bag Shopee follows a transparent and product-specific Refund & Replacement Policy.

Refunds or replacements are considered only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong product delivered
Order cancelled by Bag Shopee before dispatch

Conditions:

Products must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
Damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling is not eligible

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation
We deliver Pan India using trusted courier partners
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location
Tracking details are shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email once dispatched

Bag Shopee is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Product Quality & Disclaimer

All products are quality-checked before dispatch
Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
Bag Shopee does not provide warranties unless explicitly mentioned on the product page
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within the eligible return window
