1. Returns & Replacements

We offer replacement or return only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement or return:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Photos of original packaging, labels, and box

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup, subject to location and courier availability.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • The product is damaged on arrival and replacement is not possible

  • The order is cancelled by Bag Shopee before dispatch

Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Size, color, or design preference issues

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products

  • Products without original tags, labels, or packaging

  • Orders where a Partial COD advance has been paid

  • Orders refused, returned, or unclaimed after dispatch

  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling


3. Advance COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Bag Shopee may collect a small advance payment to confirm the order.

  • The advance amount is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch by Bag Shopee

  • Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have COD disabled for future purchases

This policy helps prevent misuse of COD services and covers packaging and initial logistics costs.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Bank or payment gateway processing timelines may vary

  • All refunds are processed through secure payment gateways, as outlined in our Privacy Policy


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch
